All website redesign and new build packages include as many features as you require. We feel confident we can build you a website with everything you need and no more. We don’t oversell, we find a solution that works for you.

Pepperstreet Web Design are very flexible. The best person to write content about your business is you, but we understand time pressures so we work closely with a couple of copywriters who can create all the content for you.

We will guide you in the amount of content needed, what keywords to include and where it will be used. To optimise the website for the search engines and user experience.

Absolutely! This is key to all our builds we don’t want you to have to incur agency fees for each small change so the website can be fully edited by you.

All website packages include training – either face to face or through a series of rewatchable videos, where we show you the website and how to make changes.

We can migrate emails to a new hosting package, but more often than not these days email is hosted by a partner like Microsoft 365, in which case we simply copy your DNS settings to the new hosting and nothing changes for you.

If you need a new email address with the domain we can set that up for you too.

Every project requires different tweaks and fixes to get things running as smoothly as possible. Because of this… there is no one size fits all. You can expect website redesign packages to be from £1500 through to complete new site builds with extensive functionality upward of £5000. Which considering how much more organic traffic you’ll be bringing in… this should be covered fairly quickly. Schedule a call and we can give you a more accurate quote. That depends on your needs. We offer a support package which means we can make changes to your website and keep it updated but you absolutely don’t have to commit to this.

The ongoing costs are hosting which should be approximately £11.95 per month and an annual domain renewal feee which is usually around £20 depending on the domain you have.

We include a number of stock images and videos in each package but recommend that you have your own images and video.  Your business is unique and your website is the window into your business which helps potential customers decide whether they want to purchase from you or not.  Individual images showing your premises, your team, the work or products you provide and your ethos as a company are the best ones to use.  If you do not have your own images we can support you in deciding what images you need and how to get them. Including video in your website is an amazing way to connect with your customers and answer any questions they may have, increasing conversion (closing the sales). We can produce a range of videos for you at an extra cost or support you in planning your own.

Not at all. We encourage asset ownership in clients, this means the hosting and domain name are registered to your business not us. You set up the direct debits for hosting and domain renewal, so should you choose in the future a different provider for your website you are not beholden to us for either of these services.

We feel strongly that the hosting and domain name are business assets and should therefore be held by the business.

We can however also offer the service for us to set up manage and maintain your hosting and emails. We use a Manchester based company called 34SP who offer exceptional customer service, if you want us to do all the work we can take that off your hands.

Just get in touch! However we understand it can be very daunting to start a project so we also offer a project consultancy where we can run through everything you need to consider and ask before embarking on a website rebuild.
